Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and explain the specifications of our hoists
and cranes to potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver professional quotations and proposals.
2. Field Marketing & Outreach
• Travel across assigned territories (50% of the role) to meet factory managers,
purchase heads, and engineers.
• Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and suggest the right
machinery solutions.
3. Digital Platform Management
• Manage our presence on B2B platforms like IndiaMart.
• Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert digital leads into sales.
4. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure
repeat business.
• Provide basic post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Administration & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and client visits.
• Report directly to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
