Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The candidate should have good communication skills and field sales experience. Bike is mandatory as the role involves travelling to client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for solar panel installations.
Explain solar products, benefits, and cost savings to customers.
Conduct field visits and site meetings with prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide after-sales support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain daily sales reports and customer database.
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of solar products (preferred).
Ability to work in field sales environment.
Strong customer handling skills.
Mandatory Requirements:
14 years of sales experience (preferably solar / electrical / field sales).
Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license is mandatory.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
