Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our hospitality sales team. As a fresher in this role, you will be trained to promote our hotel/resort services, generate leads, and build strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities in hospitality sales.

• Support the sales team in handling client inquiries and preparing proposals.

• Attend client meetings and property visits under supervision.

• Build and maintain a customer database.

• Assist in organizing sales events, site visits, and promotions.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and sales materials as required.

• Meet monthly targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Enthusiastic, presentable, and customer-oriented.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

• Passion for hospitality, travel, and guest services.
