Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in the Pune/Hinjewadi & Pimpri-Chinchwad area. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, fostering relationships with potential clients, and assisting clients in selecting suitable high-value properties. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing in-depth market insights, negotiating deals, coordinating with real estate developers, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves promoting luxury real estate projects and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven sales skills, including negotiation, client engagement, and closing deals

Knowledge of real estate markets, high-value properties, and local market trends

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and providing guidance

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and tools for tracking sales and leads
