Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Acquisition & Development:
o Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, architects, builders, etc.) in the Delhi region to expand our PVC product distribution.
o Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring satisfaction and continued collaboration.
o Work with partners to understand their needs and develop customized sales strategies for mutual growth.
Sales Target Achievement:
o Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective channel partner management and sales strategies.
o Analyze and monitor the performance of channel partners, providing guidance and support to help them meet their targets.
o Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, tracking progress against goals.
Training & Support:
o Provide ongoing product training, technical support, and sales tools to channel partners to help them sell PVC products effectively.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to provide channel partners with updated promotional materials, product literature, and market insights.
Market Analysis & Expansion:
o Identify new market opportunities within the Delhi region and work to expand the presence of Dhabriya Polywood Limiteds PVC products in untapped areas.
o Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement:
o Work closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, operations) to ensure timely delivery, product availability, and customer satisfaction for channel partners.
o Share feedback from channel partners on product enhancements, market conditions, and customer needs with relevant internal teams.
Problem Resolution:
o Address issues or concerns raised by channel partners, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong partner relationships.
