Job Opening: Tele Caller Executive - B2B Expos & Trade Fairs

Location: Chennai (Onsite)

Language: English (Mandatory), Hindi (Preferred), and multi-language

As a Tele-Caller Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective exhibitors and visitors - representing our brand with clarity, confidence, and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make targeted outbound calls & space selling to prospective exhibitors using our database.

- Qualify leads efficiently (budget, timeline, decision-maker) and convert them into appointments to support the sales team.

- Manage follow-ups by updating database notes, scheduling callbacks and escalating warm leads on the same day.

- Handle payment reminders and documentation through to closure.

- Achieve daily/weekly activity and conversion targets; share reports and insights in the provided Excel format.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitors- expo details.

- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of expo packages and tailor pitches to meet client needs.

Desired Skills & Traits

- Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).

- Excellent English communication skills with a confident phone presence.

- Target-oriented, disciplined, and proficient in database management.

- Quick thinker capable of handling client queries and offering practical solutions.

- Self-motivated with proactive follow-up planning and objection handling.

- Experience in tele-calling, customer service, or field sales is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills and a learning attitude are welcome.
