Coordinate with Sales Team and Plant:

Facilitate seamless communication between the sales team and the plant.

Oversee the entire process from order punching to dispatch details to ensure timely delivery.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Payment Follow-up:

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely payments.

Maintain a systematic record of payment status and communicate with the finance department when necessary.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotes for clients.

Manage ledgers, purchase invoices (PI), and debtor reports.

Generate monthly and weekly sales reports for analysis and decision-making

Required Candidate Profile:

Gender: Female

Age Group: 25-35 years

Marital Status: Married/Unmarried

Key Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in B2B sales coordination.

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks.

Proficient in MS Office applications.
