Role: Sales Coordinator
Job Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
Order Fulfilment
o Handle the processing of all incoming customer purchase orders
o Arranging dispatch of goods after processing purchase order (in
association of dispatch department and transporters)
o Schedule transportation for goods shipments.
o Responsible for passing on shipping/production instructions to team
on a daily basis.
Pre-Sales
o Maintain customer contact records.
o Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
o Sending quotations and company presentation to customers
o Coordinate with sales team, communicating relevant information
and fixing appointments for sales team
o Sending samples to customers (in association of dispatch
department)
Customer Handling
o Handle communication with customers through phone call and
email
o Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates.
o Follow up with customers for samples, order, payment etc.
o Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support
when requested
o Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Requirements
Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other
administrative positions will be considered a plus
Some knowledge of order entry systems or customer management
systems
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Must have good command over the English language in verbal & written.
Excellent Planning & Coordination skills
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
