We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions.

The ideal candidate will provide tailored advice based on facial features, age, profession, personality, and individual expectations while delivering a premium consultation experience.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients personally, provide customized solutions, and contribute to studio growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

œ” Drive new client acquisition along with upselling & cross-selling

œ” Generate business beyond central marketing leads via:

€¢ Business development activities

€¢ MOU sign-ups & partnerships

€¢ BTL activities & outstation events

œ” Act as SPOC for onboarded clients

œ” Set & achieve daily consultation and revenue targets

œ” Monitor performance against revenue objectives

œ” Achieve monthly revenue goals across all revenue streams

œ” Work with an entrepreneurial mindset as a business partner

🔹 Qualifications & Skills

œ… Bachelor€™s degree required

œ… Preferred Age: 30+ years

œ… 7+ years of proven sales experience

œ… Strong target-driven & results-oriented mindset

œ… Excellent communication & presentation skills

œ… Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

œ… Expertise in consultative one-on-one selling

œ… Experience handling HNI clients in face-to-face consultations preferred
