Set & achieve daily consultation and revenue targets

Monitor performance against revenue objectives

Achieve monthly revenue goals across all revenue streams

Work with an entrepreneurial mindset as a business partner

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree required

Preferred Age: 30+ years

7+ years of proven sales experience

Strong target-driven & results-oriented mindset

Excellent communication & presentation skills

Strong organizational & multitasking abilities

Expertise in consultative one-on-one selling

Experience handling HNI clients in face-to-face consultations preferred

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and customer needs. Collaborate with product teams to ensure a deep understanding of new products and their benefits.

Team Building & Development:

Play a crucial role in identifying the right talent for the department in collaboration with HR team & nurture the talent to meet the ultimate objective of vertical to achieve the revenue target.

Sales Training & Development:

Design and implement ongoing sales training programs to ensure the team is well-versed in product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

Performance Management:

Ensure that performance evaluation is done in regular intervals (weekly, monthly & quarterly) & provide the improvement strategy to elevate the performance of each individual.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with at least 5 years in the Aesthetic/ Hair, beauty, or healthcare industry. Proven success in driving revenue and leading high-performing sales teams.
