key responsibilities:

1. lead conversion: contact leads provided by the company through the provided calling software and convert them into loans.

2. meeting targets: achieve and exceed sales targets, including the successful completion of ojt .

3. sales presentations: conduct effective sales presentations to potential customers, explaining the benefits and features of loans.

4. customer relationship management: build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

5. sales reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

6. compliance: ensure compliance with all company policies, guidelines, and industry regulations related to insurance sales.

qualifications:

- strong communication and negotiation skills.

- self-motivated and goal-oriented.

- willingness to complete the 30-day ojt successfully.

- ability to work independently from a home office.

- proficient with the provided calling software.

- available to work from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm, monday to friday.

note - minimum 1 loan case should be done for stipend and company will provide leads .
