Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales to meet or exceed budgeted numbers, ensuring revenue growth in assigned territories or segment
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Conduct product trials at customer sites and successfully convert leads into long-term business
- Facilitate business conversion activities for Coated and Bonded Abrasive Products.
- Organize and conduct Safety Seminars to promote safe product use and enhance customer trust.
- Prepare and maintain a Daily Sales Report (DSR) to track activities and progress.
- Collect client-signed Weekly Trial Reports and document market potential.
- Provide Monthly Sales Forecasts to support business planning.
- Gain market share by gathering customer and competitor insights.
- Understand customer business requirements and develop strategies to address them effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly by identifying issues and providing effective solutions
- Control receivables to meet overall NOD targets.
- Achieve a 30% reduction in receivables compared to the previous year
