Hiring Freshers || Retail Sales Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Retail Sales Associate (Sales Girl/Boy) to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. You will work on the front line, helping customers find what they need, maintaining the shop€™s appearance, and ensuring every shopper leaves with a smile (and a bag).

Key Responsibilities

€¢ Customer Engagement: Welcome customers upon their arrival and offer proactive support without appearing overly aggressive.

€¢ Product Knowledge: Learn the features, benefits, and pricing of our inventory to answer customer questions accurately.

€¢ Sales & Upselling: Suggest complementary items (cross-selling) to increase the average transaction value.

€¢ Store Maintenance: Keep shelves stocked, products neatly folded/arranged, and the sales floor clean and inviting.

€¢ Inventory Support: Assist in unpacking new shipments, tagging items, and conducting periodic stock counts.

€¢ Point of Sale (POS): Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using the billing system.

Requirements & Skills

€¢ Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.

€¢ Fluent in the local language (Marathi/Hindi/etc.) with a friendly and professional tone.

€¢ Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.

€¢ Basic calculation and familiarity with POS systems.
