We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and nurture relationships with our automobile clients, dealers, and partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering solutions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the vehicle purchasing and servicing lifecycle.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealerships, and other partners within the automobile industry.
- Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicle models and services.
- Act as a liaison between the company and clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base and enhance existing relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, automotive products, and services to better serve clients.
- Prepare and present reports on client interactions, sales opportunities, and market feedback.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
