Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This includes identifying customer needs, presenting solutions, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will also be tasked with upselling products and services to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities include proactively reaching out to clients to ensure satisfaction, resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, and providing product demonstrations or training as needed. Additionally, you will be expected to keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work well in a team environment. A background in sales or customer service is preferred, along with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. A degree in business or a related field is required for this position.
