We are an active real estate firm dealing in residential and commercial sales and leasing across Noida & NCR. We're looking for a strong team leader who can manage telecallers and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of 3 telecallers

Monitor call performance and lead follow-ups

Help team close deals and manage client coordination

Assist in hiring and training new team members

Report daily updates to management

Ensure targets and KPIs are consistently met

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or telecalling

Prior experience in team handling is a must

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Strong in follow-ups, CRM handling, and lead management

Salary & Benefits:
