key responsibilities:

lead and supervise a team of 3 telecallers

monitor call performance and lead follow-ups

help team close deals and manage client coordination

assist in hiring and training new team members

report daily updates to management

ensure targets and kpis are consistently met

requirements:

minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or telecalling

prior experience in team handling is a must
