Responsibilities:

Should have a track record of developing long-term client relationships, closed numerous complex transactions and be driven by a success-based compensation structure.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Be given numerous resources to help facilitate a lucrative career.

Must have knowledge of understanding of the real estate business, polices, practices - ability and experience in building.

Monitor weekly and monthly progress reports, analyses gaps and suggest improvement areas and performance discussions regularly.

Expand customer base through a variety of effective sales techniques. Provide information on the commercial, Residential and Retail Property Market.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with the team head.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
