QA QC Executive (1-4 Years)

We are seeking a dedicated QA QC Executive to join our team in Nalagarh. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance and control within a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Audits: Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This involves evaluating processes and identifying areas for improvement.

- Inspection of Raw Materials: Analyze and inspect incoming raw materials for quality and conformity to specifications. This step is crucial to ensure that only the best materials are used in production.

- Testing Products: Perform tests on finished products to verify they meet quality standards and specifications. This includes both visual inspections and functional testing.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken. Clear documentation helps in tracking improvements and ensuring accountability.

- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Strong communication ensures everyone is aligned on quality goals.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify defects and non-conformities effectively.
