Ensure timely available of raw material and allied raw material necessary for production

Follow ups with vendors and mailing purchase orders

Selection and approvals of vendors from HOD

Taking payment approvals and make the payment to suppliers on time

Mailing to concern person on daily basis

Ensure whether the quality of material is as per standard or not

Ensure that minimum RM stock balance quantity is maintained all the time
