Job Overview

Chiripal Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage and streamline our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 35 years of experience in purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain effective supplier relationships. This role is based in Piplaj, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to meet the companys procurement needs.

Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased goods meet quality standards and specifications.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations related to procurement.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 35 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.

Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain procedures and inventory management.

Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
