Job Overview

Chiripal Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage and streamline our procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have 3€“5 years of experience in purchasing, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain effective supplier relationships. This role is based in Piplaj, Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with reliable suppliers to meet the company€™s procurement needs.

Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock while minimizing excess inventory.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that purchased goods meet quality standards and specifications.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, new products, and changes in regulations related to procurement.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 3€“5 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.

Knowledge: Understanding of supply chain procedures and inventory management.

Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
