Production Manager (Wool Combing Industry Only)

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager with extensive experience in the wool combing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production processes and a proven ability to lead teams effectively. This position is located in Bhilwara, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Production Operations: Manage the daily production activities to ensure efficiency and high-quality output. Monitor each stage of the wool combing process to optimize workflow.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and performance.

- Quality Control: Implement and uphold quality standards throughout the production process. Regularly inspect output to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory to ensure adequate supply for production. Work with suppliers to minimize delays and maintain consistent production levels.

- Process Improvement: Analyze production data and processes to identify areas for improvement. Develop strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate must have 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in the wool combing industry. A graduate degree is essential. Strong leadership and communication skills are crucial for managing the production team effectively. The ability to analyze data and implement process improvements is also necessary.
