responsibilities:

- customer onboarding: guide and support new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their experience.
- building long-term relationships: maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- reporting and analysis: track sales metrics, analyze customer data, and report on activity and performance to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- minimum 6 months of experience in b2b sales, preferably in the saas industry.
- proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving sales goals.
- strong understanding of the sales lifecycle and best practices.
- excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- in-depth knowledge of your assigned saas product and its functionalities.
- comfortable conducting engaging and informative product demos.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
