Process Coordinator

- monitor key operational processes in manufacturing, procurement, packaging, and distribution to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

- analyze process flows regularly to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

- implement process improvement initiatives (., lean, kaizen) in collaboration with production teams to drive productivity.

- act as a liaison between departments production, quality assurance, supply chain, procurement, and sales to ensure process alignment

- coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods

- work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production plans and schedules.

- maintain a well-organized repository of process documentation and ensure that all teams have access to the current versions.

- conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with sops and regulatory requirements (., food safety, hygiene, quality).

- facilitate training sessions for staff when new processes, tools, or sops are introduced.

- communicate process changes to stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows.

- define, monitor, and report on process performance metrics (., cycle times, throughput, error rates, wastage) to senior management.

- use data analysis to identify trends or recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementations.

- identify operational risks, process deviations, or non-conformities; perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective & preventive actions

- escalate critical process issues to management in a timely manner, while suggesting viable mitigation strategies

- coordinate with quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure process changes meet regulatory and company standards.
