Process Coordinator

- Monitor key operational processes in manufacturing, procurement, packaging, and distribution to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

- Analyze process flows regularly to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, or inefficiencies, and propose improvements.

- Implement process improvement initiatives (., Lean, Kaizen) in collaboration with production teams to drive productivity.

- Act as a liaison between departments production, quality assurance, supply chain, procurement, and sales to ensure process alignment

- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods

- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain production plans and schedules.

- Maintain a well-organized repository of process documentation and ensure that all teams have access to the current versions.

- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (., food safety, hygiene, quality).

- Facilitate training sessions for staff when new processes, tools, or SOPs are introduced.

- Communicate process changes to stakeholders and ensure smooth adoption of new workflows.

- Define, monitor, and report on process performance metrics (., cycle times, throughput, error rates, wastage) to senior management.

- Use data analysis to identify trends or recurring issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up on implementations.

- Identify operational risks, process deviations, or non-conformities; perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective & preventive actions

- Escalate critical process issues to management in a timely manner, while suggesting viable mitigation strategies

- Coordinate with quality assurance and compliance teams to ensure process changes meet regulatory and company standards.
