1. Administrative Support
Manage the executives calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Maintain files, records, and confidential information accurately and securely.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and letters.
2. Meeting & Travel Coordination
Arrange and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
Plan and book domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
Prepare travel and expense reports promptly.
3. Communication & Liaison
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests, responding when appropriate.
Ensure smooth communication across departments, clients, and partners.
4. Task & Project Management
Assist in tracking and managing ongoing projects or deadlines.
Coordinate tasks across teams to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
Prepare status reports and updates as required.
