looking for a position of personal secretary with clerical expertise

we are seeking a highly organised and proactive personal assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to the family office of a director of a large corporate group and the position is available for immediate recruitment.

�� the role requires a b com professional with a minimum experience of 2-3 years. the candidate should be having a thorough knowledge and efficiently handle the banking and credit card transactions (both online & offline) and maintain proper financial record-keeping for easy retrieval.

�� should be able to independently handle any tasks assigned towards it completion and proficient to maintain proper updates in excel or tally. candidate with tally knowledge will be given preference.

�� perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, file management, record management & data entry regularly.

�� candidate should be also providing personal and administrative assistance such as managing calendars, appointments, meetings and organise travel arrangements and itineraries for both domestic and international travel for the family.

�� maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

�� preference will be given to candidates with communication and interpersonal skills, strong command over written and spoken english, and proficiency in microsoft office applications. candidate who is well versed with kannada language will be preferred.

qualifications:

�� proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role for 2-3 years

�� strong clerical skills and familiarity with office procedures.

�� proficiency in ms office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint).

�� excellent communication and time management skills.

�� ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

�� high level of discretion and professionalism.
