1. The primary responsibility of the candidate is to generate invoice and e-way bills for all the shipments in coordination with our vendors.
2. The candidate is also expected to maintain data in Google Sheets and carry out certain processes on Zoho Books.
3. Oversee and manage daily operational processes, ensuring they run efficiently and in alignment with company goals. Monitor workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline operations.
4. Coordinate resources (staff, equipment, budget) to ensure optimal productivity and project success. This may involve scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adequate supplies.
5. Maintain accurate records of operational processes, procedures, and documentation for audit purposes and continuous improvement efforts.
6. Monitor and evaluate the quality of processes, services, and products. Implement quality control measures and ensure consistent delivery of high standards.
7. Assist in managing the operational budget, tracking expenses, and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
