We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team Satyam Packaging. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contributes to smooth operations of the Factory.

• Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.

• Maintaining day-to-day operations.

• Manage and update information accurately.

• Keeping Attendance Record of Employees.

• Team Management.

• Providing rates from the rate list to the Customers.

• Handling Petty Cash.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 - 8 Years Experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days a week.
