Job Description

Office Assistant - Job Role & Responsibilities

Support day-to-day branch office operations

Maintain and organize files, documents and records

Assist customers with basic forms, applications and document submission

Support the branch team in KYC/document verification processes

Handle data entry and basic computer work

Maintain registers, records and office documents

Coordinate with branch staff for routine administrative work

Assist in printing, scanning, photocopying and documentation

Help ensure documents are properly filed and maintained

Support customer-service activities when required

Handle basic email, MS Word and Excel work

Follow bank policies, confidentiality and compliance procedures

Perform other administrative/support tasks assigned by the Branch Manager

Typical Eligibility

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate, depending on the vacancy

Experience: Freshers can be considered for some roles

Skills: Basic computer knowledge, MS Office, communication and documentation skills

Gender: Male/Female
