qualifications:
• bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.
• 10 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and other office management software.
• strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
