key responsibilities:

• office management: oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.

• documentation: manage and maintain all company documents, contracts, and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

• communication: serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.

• scheduling: coordinate meetings, appointments, and site visits for the team, managing calendars and travel arrangements.

• support: assist various departments, including sales, marketing, and project management, with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

• reporting: prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation for team meetings and management reviews.

• customer service: provide excellent support to clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.

qualifications:

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field preferred.

• 10 years of administrative experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

• proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint) and other office management software.

• strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

preferred skills:

• familiarity with real estate terminology and practices.

• experience with crm and project management tools.
