Job Summary:The Modern Trade Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with modern retail outlets (e.g., large format stores, hypermarkets, supermarkets, departmental stores) to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility. This role requires a strong understanding of modern trade dynamics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for the footwear industry.Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: o Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the modern trade channel.o Identify and develop new modern trade accounts.o Conduct regular market visits to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and identify opportunities for growth.o Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to drive sales in modern trade outlets.
