Support end-users with hardware configurations, software installations, andtechnical guidance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and warranty-relatedmatters. Mentor and guide trainee and junior hardware engineers.Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, maintenance activities, andtechnical documentation. Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and troubleshootingdocumentation. Develop and update standard operating procedures for hardware support andmaintenance.Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with safety standards, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)precautions, and organizational policies. Maintain a safe and organized work environment while handling hardwarecomponents and tools. Ensure adherence to quality standards and technical best practices.Process Improvement and Learning Recommend improvements in hardware processes, maintenance practices, andsystem reliability.
