We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MIS Executive to join our team. As an MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining data systems, analysing data, and generating reports. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

Qualifications and Skills

>Qualification- Any Graduate

>Strong knowledge of MIS concepts and tools

>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables

>Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis

>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

>Strong organizational and time management skills

>Ability to work independently and in a team

>Good communication and interpersonal skills

>Knowledge of data validation techniques

Roles and Responsibilities

>Co-ordinating with the sales team for their sales performance tracking head office Instruction follow-up.

>Tracking the sales team performance on day to day basis.

>Reporting the sales team performance on daily basis.

>Preparing MIS report sharing the final analysis report to management for further strategy development.

>Preparing sales incentive plan marketing schemes and making sure proper implementation.

>Co-ordinating between sales, marketing, product development service department for smooth operations and sales process.

>Preparing MIS report sales ANALYSIS Report.

>Working as medium between Management and Sales team.
