Responsibilities and Duties
Conducting trials of the products and then evaluating the performance of the trial.
Responsible for sales for Specialty and water-soluble fertilizer products.
Maintain and increase sales.
Create a strategic partnership with the key accounts.
Establish Management Dialogues and drive sales growth.
Identify top-line sales and bottom-line margin growth strategies and strategies to overcome competitive threats etc.
Lead, coordinate and motivate the development and commercial teams to achieve business growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications

MBA Marketing
Exp: at least 5 years in a Specialty Fertilizer/Chemical Firm (Mandatory)
