Responsibilities and Duties
Conducting trials of the products and then evaluating the performance of the trial.
· Responsible for sales for Specialty and water-soluble fertilizer products.
· Maintain and increase sales.
· Create a strategic partnership with the key accounts.
· Establish Management Dialogues and drive sales growth.
· Identify top-line sales and bottom-line margin growth strategies and strategies to overcome competitive threats etc.
· Lead, coordinate and motivate the development and commercial teams to achieve business growth.

Required Experience and Qualifications

MBA Marketing
Exp: at least 5 years in a Specialty Fertilizer/Chemical Firm (Mandatory)
