Job descriptionJob SummaryWe require candidates from Fertilizer/ Specialty chemical field.he will be responsible for handling QC and RND team.Experience required: min. 10 years.Candidates from Mumbai/ Pune / Raigad will be preferred.Responsibilities and DutiesConduct research and development of new products.To develop new analytical methods.Source and qualify laboratory equipment.Studying and preparing (if required) research papers, reports, reviews and summaries.Making sure that data is accurately recorded in accordance to guidelines.Track all R&D/Innovation projects at outside labs ensuring that all labs are working in the right priority order to meet R&D milestone.Pre-Screen all submissions from outside labs and analyze conformance to standards.Product Quality check as per the standards.Guide the RND team & QC chemists in preparation of samples for customers.Work with Manager to evaluate submissions with Marketing and communicate redirect feedback to the labs.Key SkillsScientific and numerical skills, A logical and independent mind, Excellent analytical skills, Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, Teamwork and interpersonal skills, FlexibilityEnglish CommunicationStudy research papersRequired Experience and QualificationsRequires a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry.
