we are looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing head to lead the marketing function across all our college branches. the ideal candidate should have strong experience in educational marketing, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for building impactful brands.
key responsibilities
strategic leadership
develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals
conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and target audiences
team management
lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
build a results-driven culture and manage team kpis
brand management
drive brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
strengthen brand presence through creative and strategic campaigns
campaign execution
plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns including digital and offline
manage marketing budgets and ensure high return on investment
performance tracking
track key marketing metrics and generate detailed performance reports
use data insights to guide and improve marketing strategies
collaboration and communication
work closely with academic, admissions, and operations teams for alignment
communicate strategies and outcomes with management and stakeholders
requirements
bachelors or masters degree in marketing business or related field
minimum 7 years of marketing experience preferably in the education sector
excellent leadership communication and analytical skills
proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
