Property Odisha is looking for a dynamic and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting real estate projects, generating leads, and enhancing the brand presence through both online and offline marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for property sales and promotions.

Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and offline events.

Handle client queries and follow up on leads to drive conversions.

Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material in targeted areas.

Maintain relationships with clients and provide them with property information.

Support digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, and property listings.

Coordinate with the sales team for effective client engagement.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with fieldwork in Bhubaneswar and nearby areas
