Job Description - Offline Marketing
Executive (Clinics)
Location: Mumbai (Borivali West / Ghatkopar East / Andheri West)
Experience: 1 - 2 years in offline/field marketing
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and driven Offline Marketing Executive to increase clinic
footfall through impactful on-ground activities. The role involves executing society medical
camps, corporate desk-drives, pamphlet drops, local partnerships, and other BTL activations
across our clinic catchment areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Camp & Event Execution:
Plan, set up, and manage society health camps, RWA activities, senior citizen groups,
and corporate wellness desks. Handle permissions, logistics, and on-site lead capture.
- Lead Generation:
Achieve weekly/monthly lead targets. Ensure accurate data entry and timely handover
to tele-calling for appointment booking.
- Local Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with gyms, yoga studios, chemists, diagnostics centers,
housing societies, and community leaders to secure recurring activity slots.
- Pamphlet & BTL Operations:
Execute area-wise pamphlet drops, standees, posters, and kiosk placements. Track
reach, response, and ROI.
- Territory Mapping:
Identify high-potential pockets (within 3 - 5 km radius) using footfall patterns, societies,
and offices. Maintain a structured activity calendar.
- Compliance & Brand Standards:
Ensure brand guidelines, patient consent protocols, and basic medical camp
hygiene/SOPs are followed.
- Reporting:
Submit daily activity reports (DAR), including leads generated, cost per lead (CPL),
photos, and outcomes. Participate in weekly reviews with Marketing & Clinic Ops teams.
Targets & KPIs
- Qualified leads per week & conversion to appointments
- Show-ups and first-visit conversions attributed to activities
- Number of activities executed per week (societies/corporates/partnerships)
- Cost per lead (CPL) and ROI by activity type
- Partner/society re-booking rate
Must-Have Skills
- 1 - 2 years in offline/field marketing, BTL, promotions, or event execution
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork, including weekends/early/late slots when required
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; WhatsApp/Photos for activity documentation
- Hindi/English proficiency; Marathi knowledge preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or retail activations
- Familiarity with catchments in Western/Central Mumbai
- Two-wheeler preferred (conveyance as per policy)
