Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Commerce, or related field.

• MBA (Marketing) preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3-7 years of experience in CRM, Sales Coordination, Marketing Operations, or Business Development.

• Experience working with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, SAP CRM, or similar CRM software.

• Experience in Agriculture Equipment, Farm Machinery, Tractor Industry, Agri Inputs, or Industrial Products preferred.

Skills Required

• Sales Coordination & MIS Reporting

• Data Analysis & Dashboard Preparation

• Excel (Advanced), Power BI preferred

• Lead Management & Customer Relationship Management

• Dealer Network Development Support

• Strong Communication & Follow-up Skills

• English, Hindi, and regional language knowledge preferred

Travel Requirement

• Primarily based at Halvad Head Office.

• Occasional travel for dealer meetings, exhibitions, market surveys, and customer visits across MH, AP, TS, KA, TN, and KL.

Compensation

Expected Deliverables

• Maintain 100% updated CRM database.

• Improve lead conversion tracking and reporting.

• Support appointment of new dealers in target states.

• Generate actionable sales and marketing dashboards.

• Strengthen customer and dealer engagement through systematic CRM processes.

• Support AC AGRO TECHNOLOGY's Pan-India expansion strategy.
