Job Description

As a Human Resource Manager in Madhavnagar Sangli, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the organization. This includes recruitment, selection, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Key responsibilities:

1. Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
