Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, cold calling, and other prospecting techniques to generate leads.

Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to engage with potential customers, discuss products or services, and qualify leads.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers.

Follow-up: Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation

Experience in client handling and client dealing

Ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking and writing

Customer service skills

Experience in Sales and Customer Support is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,marketing.
