Opening For International Telecaller

We are looking for an International Telecaller to join our team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling and be skilled in communicating effectively with clients from various countries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Make international calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services clearly and persuasively.

2. Customer Engagement: Build a good rapport with customers, understanding their needs and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and create leads through effective communication, ensuring accurate data collection for follow-ups.

4. Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with leads to enhance conversion rates and keep the customers informed about our offerings.

5. CRM Management: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system promptly, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 12th-grade education and prior experience in international telecalling. Proficiency in English, along with excellent verbal communication skills, is essential. A good understanding of various cultures will help in effectively engaging with clients. Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time efficiently to meet daily targets. A friendly attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities are also crucial for success in this role.
