Job Description

We are looking for an International Sales Executive to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in international sales and a strong understanding of global market dynamics.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Develop International Sales Strategies:** Create and implement effective sales plans aimed at expanding our presence in international markets, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- **Build Client Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with international clients by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.

- **Market Research:** Conduct thorough research to identify new market opportunities and trends, helping to inform sales strategies and product offerings.

- **Collaborate with Internal Teams:** Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and fulfillment.

- **Meet Sales Targets:** Achieve or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing leads, negotiating contracts, and closing sales with international clients.

- **Prepare Sales Reports:** Create regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to help inform future strategies.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The candidate must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients from diverse cultures. Proficiency in English is essential, and knowledge of additional languages is a plus. A good understanding of international trade regulations and market conditions is important. The successful applicant should be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with CRM software will also be beneficial.
