Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative with 2 years of proven experience in cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demos.
Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and maintain engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection and keep momentum.
Proficiency in CRM software (., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling [insert product/service type, ., SaaS, B2B solutions, etc.].
Familiarity with sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.
