The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving sales conversions through effective communication and persuasive techniques.Key Responsibilities:Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.Identify customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demos.Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and maintain engagement.Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine messaging and strategy.Required Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of cold calling or inside sales experience.Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to handle rejection and keep momentum.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).Goal-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team.Preferred Qualifications:Experience selling [insert product/service type, e.g., SaaS, B2B solutions, etc.].Familiarity with sales scripts and objection-handling techniques.Track record of exceeding KPIs and sales quotas.
