handle inbound and outbound sales calls for it products/services
qualify leads generated from marketing campaigns and digital channels
present it solutions (saas, software, cloud, or services) to potential clients
build and maintain strong customer relationships
prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
coordinate with marketing and technical teams for deal closures
maintain accurate data in crm tools
required skills & qualifications
35 years of inside sales experience in the it industry
strong experience in b2b sales and b2c
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
experience with crm tools (zoho, hubspot, salesforce, etc.)
ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
immediate joiners or max 15 days notice preferred
nice to have
experience selling saas / software / web / it services
exposure to international or enterprise clients
lead generation and account management experience
