• building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
• handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
• convert leads to qualified opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the bant guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements along with timelines and budget (bant).
• work closely with the marketing team to successfully executive marketing campaigns for her/his business territory in close coordination with the cc and nc
• handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
• maintaining and updating the lead generation db, reporting, and lead gen. activity tracker
• achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
• establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)
• update sales reporting tools (is business scorecards, crms, xls, etc.) on a regular basis
• present the performance progress in weekly rhythm of business calls and reviews.
