Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Build relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate and close deals within established sales targets
- Collaborate with sales teams to share best practices and market intelligence

Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or business development
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficient in CRM software
