Job Description

key responsibilities:

- generate new business leads and convert them into sales opportunities

- build relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products/services

- respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients

- negotiate and close deals within established sales targets

- collaborate with sales teams to share best practices and market intelligence

- meet or exceed monthly sales targets

requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in inside sales or business development

- proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

- excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- strong understanding of sales principles and practices

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- proficient in crm software

preferred qualifications:

- female candidate

- bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

- experience in [industry/sector] sales

- certification in sales or marketing (., hubspot sales certification)
