Job Description

The Import Documentation Executive is responsible for managing and overseeing all documentation related to importing goods. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth customs clearance and compliance with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and review import documentation: This includes bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations. You will ensure all documents are accurate and complete to avoid delays in the importing process.

2. Coordinate with customs authorities: You will liaise with customs officials and other government agencies to facilitate the clearance of goods. This involves providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries as needed.
