Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - HR Recruiter

- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events: As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively searching for potential candidates to fill open positions within the company.

- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates: You will review resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the basic qualifications for the position and have the necessary skills and experience.

- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their qualifications: You will conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role, including assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.

- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process: You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback in a timely manner.
