- Source and recruit candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events: As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for actively searching for potential candidates to fill open positions within the company.- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates: You will review resumes and applications to determine if candidates meet the basic qualifications for the position and have the necessary skills and experience.- Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their qualifications: You will conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role, including assessing their skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process: You will act as the main point of contact for candidates, keeping them informed of their status and providing feedback in a timely manner.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records: You will need to keep detailed records of all candidates, interviews, and hiring decisions in order to track progress and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Required skills and expectations:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders.- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines and manage a high volume of candidates effectively.- Attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and interview skills.- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
